Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you return your full order, we refund the product price including the original standard shipping costs.
If you return part of your order, original shipping costs are not refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders, personalized items, and gift cards.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We may wait with issuing the refund until we have received the returned item or until you have provided proof that the item has been sent back.
