We ship all orders with DHL.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order has been placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost packages

If your package appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us at hi@iamlen.art.

We will investigate the shipment with DHL. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will either:

• send a replacement item, if the product is still available;
• or issue a refund if the product is sold out or no longer available.
